I think it goes without saying that I am absolutely adoring this knit romper from Scoobie; it seriously feels like I'm wearing pajamas! While I did do a fall look featuring this romper, I thought it would be fun to warm it up a little bit with a Lauren Ralph Lauren quilted jacket and a super warm knit scarf that is less than $10. (what a steal!) I have also been loving these burgundy tights from Gap recently, as I am able to transition some of my warmer weather clothes into the winter.
Last night I drug my little brother with me to my high school's basketball game, which was probably one of my first outings this entire winter break. It was so fun to be able to see some of my younger friends from cheer (Trisha) and coaches, talk to a few of the moms and surprisingly, even get to hang out with a couple of my friends that I graduated with! Although, it was extremely strange sitting in the crowd for the first time since my freshman year of high school. I'm not quite sure if I like it; I still feel like I belong on the sidelines!
During halftime Rodney Peete presented my high school, also his alma mater, with a commemorative golden football celebrating his Super Bowl appearance in 2004 which was fun to be a part of, but between all the excitement and catching up with old friends, I don't think my brother was too thrilled to stay at the game longer than I initially told him we would. Whoops!
