While I mainly gravitate towards brights in the summer, olive can be an elegant and understated color that works all year round. You will definitely get a bang for your buck with this OTS top that is less than $50, as you will be able to wear it through summer and into the fall. 

I am loving the off the shoulder trend this summer. My mom has been rocking it for years, and now I understand the appeal of a beautifully fitting OTS top. It's such a heat friendly and feminine neckline that I simply cannot get enough of. 

P.S. sorry about the wrinkles!! I steamed the top right before I left my house, but by the time I got out of the car the wrinkles were back... 

How was everyone's weekend? On Saturday I started my second book for this summer, The Secret Life of CeeCee Wilkes, and I am hooked! It is so good, and I find myself picking up to continue reading every chance I get. Then on Sunday, I spent the day at my best friend's house lounging in the pool.
