Now that the unofficial end of summer has come and gone, it's time to get into full fall mode here on the blog but not without one last taste of summer with this unexpectedly transitional tank from Threshing Bee. 

While this may look like a summery top at first glance, the red/royal/turquoise pattern paired with your go-to pair of blue jeans and cognac accessories can totally work for this transitional time when it's still a scorching 90 degrees outside but you're reading for fall fashion. 

I picked up this top at another amazing boutique in Overland Park called Threshing Bee. If someone tells you there's nowhere to shop in Kansas, THEY'RE WRONG. Unless you live in Manhattan, KS, then yes your pickings are slim. But this past year I have stumbled upon some of the cutest boutiques I've ever laid eyes on in the Kansas City area, and Threshing Bee is definitely one of them. I can't wait to stop by again when I go back home for Thanksgiving! 

I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing Labor Day weekend. I know I definitely needed the time away from school to breathe for a moment!
