Besides the total 90s throwback, one of the things I love about the denim skirt trend is that it can be styled for 3/4 seasons. While we may transitioning away from our crop tops and light tees, that doesn't mean we have to say goodbye to our denim skirts too.
As the seasons change, layering becomes your best friend, so with a long cardigan (this one is less than $40!), you can transition your go-to summertime look into the fall! Just make sure to change your shoes and purse to compliment the season's colors. I chose to go with a cognac pair of heeled sandals since the weather is still pretty warm in Kansas, and my feet would be so hot in a pair of booties!
Another idea I really love for taking your denim skirt from summer to fall is pairing the skirt with a cable knit sweater and brown booties. It's the ultimate cozy yet feminine look!
