Elegant, chic and at the right price point? Impossible, right? WRONG. This top from SheIn is not only gorgeously fun and sophisticated but also fits any college, fashion obsessed girl's budget! 

I'm not kidding when I say this top is budget friendly; I'm talking less than $15!! Where else are you going to find such a unique top at that price? For today's look I paired it with my new pair of mid-rise burgundy pants, a leopard print belt and black quilted flats for an ultra-chic fall ensemble. 

I'm not gonna lie, I was a little questionable about when picking out this top at first. I was concerned that I'd feel like a pirate, but the moment I slipped it on I was relieved to feel more stylish and feminine than belonging on the set for the Pirates of the Caribbean. 

Another detail I was surprised about regarding the top was the material. I was expecting a thin fabric but was pleasantly surprised by a thick yet soft material making it perfect for the fall weather. You won't have to worry about the slight drop in temperature once the sun goes down in the evening when you're wearing this top!
