Final 13

It's the end of November, and you know what that means....I'm now in full on holiday mode! Bring on the twinkly lights, snow and Christmas music! But first, let's take a look into my phone and see the last 13 photos on my camera roll!

Gift Guide for Him

It's no surprise that boys are the hardest people to shop for during the holiday season. Unlike us, their fashion trends aren't rotating on such a fast cycle so that there's always something new and exciting, and while most of them love their tech toys, sometimes those can break the budget. Today I'm sharing with y'all a gift guide for him, your boyfriend, brother, dad, etc., with items hitting price points all across the board!

Gift Guide for Her Under $50

I'm so excited to be kicking off my first of many gift guides this holiday season! Rounding up gifts for her is one of my favorites because the options are honestly endless; although, our budgets, unfortunately, are not. That's why I'm sharing with y'all a budget friendly ideas that range from $5-$50 right before the major sales this weekend!

Friday Favorites

I'm officially on Thanksgiving break!! Today I finally get to go home and see my cats and siblings, but before I get on the road, I wanted to share with y'all my weekly favorites!

I have been loving the more feminine approach to sweater weather with off the shoulder sweaters this year, and this one from Scoobie, with it's southwestern pattern and thick material, would be perfect for any fall occasion, including Thanksgiving!

Purple Fall Florals

I love anything light and feminine fall, and with this beautiful floral pattern I simply couldn't pass it up! Also, this dress would be another great option for a Thanksgiving outfit!

With Thanksgiving a little over a week away it's about time to start thinking of which of your favorite fall outfits you'll be wearing to the family affair. While fall outfits are some of the easiest to throw together, I'm extra particular when picking out one for Thanksgiving because I want to be comfortable once I've stuffed myself with delicious food.

Friday Favorites

Everyone and their mother in Kansas has been complaining about the warm, upper 70s weather, we've been having all of fall; meanwhile, I'm here loving it! I never have and never will be a fan of the cold. I don't mind typical fall weather, but once it starts cooling down I know cold weather is right around the corner. I'm just not ready for that yet! Although, despite the weather, as stores are starting to filter out their fall products and welcome in their holiday collections, here's another Friday favorites!

2 Years! + Bloopers

I fully intended to take some cute photos for this post; you know, cliche gold balloons and all, but clearly that didn't happen. Regardless, I started Falling for Autumn 2 years ago! Isn't that crazy?! I have a hard time wrapping my mind around that I've been blogging for two years!

I started Falling for Autumn my senior year of high school after injuring my knee cheerleading, and with too much free time on my hands, I decided to take a stab at pursuing this creative outlet. Little did I know how quickly I would become so passionate about it and that it would consume my life. It hasn't always been easy between balancing it with schoolwork and taking pictures in the middle of the winter, but I think spontaneously deciding to create my own corner of the Internet two years ago is the greatest decision I could have ever made.

This journey has also allowed me to get a lot closer to my younger sister. If you didn't know, she's the person who has been taking 99% of the pictures y'all see on here since the very beginning. She may only be 14 years old, but she's definitely been a huge part in making all the content I put out possible!

Speaking of pictures, for every decent picture I share with y'all, there's about 20 bad ones, and since I completely failed on taking cute pictures for this special day, I decided to share with y'all some of the best outtakes! As glamorous as fashion blogging is portrayed, we can't forget long hair's worst enemy: the wind, falling over in heels, shivering in the winter and ~random dancing~.

Finally, I want to thank all of you who visit Falling for Autumn every day. It's still hard for me to believe that so many people what to know what I have to say, but I honestly appreciate it so much! I love you all, and here's to many more years to come!

Happy November!

Happy November y'all! Welcome to the peak of fall fashion and preparation time for the holiday season (eek!)
