Friday Favorites

Hey y'all! This is actually my first post of 2017! I've been kind of MIA for a week now, but there's nothing like a big Friday Favorites post to get back into the swing of things!

Online Finds

Lauren from Daily Dose of Charm actually shared this book on her blog last week, and as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it and ordered it right away! I've always been big on writing things down (despite how awful my handwriting is), and I've also always had a mental bucket list. So I think I will definitely get a lot of use out of this book taking those thoughts to paper and recording my experiences as I check them off.

This week I also came across this dupe from SheIn for the Topshop patchwork oversized cardigan that was available during the Nordstrom sale back in July! It's a lot cheaper and would be perfect for the remaining months of winter.
I also thought this relaxed button up top from Goodnight Macaroon would be super cute in the purple color paired with jeans and over the knee boots in the winter or even with denim shorts and sandals in the summer.

I loved reading through Brighton's advice on little changes you can make in your day to day life to make this upcoming year one of the best yet!

Intentional New Year's Resolutions + Power Words

Instead of a list of super detailed resolutions for the new year, I enjoyed reading Krystal's three qualities she would like to focus and improve on.

I am looooving Caitlin's white on white look with a hint of pink in the winter wonderland of Lake Tahoe! It's so feminine and perfect for the season.

Alyson wrote a beautiful post reminding us that the best gifts life gives us each year are not material things; rather, they are a clean bill of health, an adventure or even a new spark of inspiration.

No one can resist a good wedding video!

"The funny thing about introverts is once they feel comfortable with you, they can be the funniest, most enjoyable people to be around. It's like a secret they feel comfortable sharing with you, except the secret is their personality."

"It's so hard to forget pain, but it's even harder to remember sweetness. We have no scar to show for happiness. We learn so little from peace." -Chuck Palahniuk

"'No' might make them angry, but it will make you free. If no one has ever told you, your freedom is more important than their anger." -Nayyirah Waheed

"Hearts will never be practical until they can be made unbreakable." -L. Frank Baum

  1. That book sounds like a good one. There is so much to accomplish in life, and having a bucket list helps get you thinking about what it is you've always wanted to do. Awesome! These quotes are really nice too. Glad to have found your blog dear:)

  2. Hey dear,
