Friday Favorites

Hey y'all! I'm hoping to finally get back on schedule when it comes to posting! Between my computer being on the fritz and getting back into the swing of things at school, it has been quite the struggle. Anyways, I'm back today with a long overdue favorites post! I've found so many things over the past couple weeks and have tried to narrow it down so it's not too overwhelming!

Online Finds

Say goodbye to the dreary colors of winter and helloooooo to spring brights! Spring is my favorite season to create outfits for, so I am loving looking through all the light and bright pieces stores are releasing right now! Some of my favorites from the widget above include this Rebecca Minkoff bag that is perfect for southwestern, summer style and this turquoise necklace that would be the perfect statement piece with an all white outfit for the spring and summer!

Speaking of turquoise, these tassel earrings are so cute and at a great price point; they will easily become a staple during the spring and summer months! Also, if you have a tropical vacation planned for spring break, this black, embroidered romper would be so fun!

One of my favorite places to shop for the spring is Red Dress Boutique, and while I plan on sharing all of my springtime favorites from then in a later post (there's that many!!), I just had to share with y'all this sweet bow top.

While all of us are probably experiencing intense spring fever right about now, we're still in winter, so comfy and cozy clothes are a must! I came across this soft, white jacket that seems so great for the end of winter and into the spring paired with leggings. I especially love the oversized fit and the slits on the sides.

How to Reinvent Yourself in College

You get to experience life away from your family and have the opportunity to grow without having your life consumed by all the responsibilities of a full-fledged adult. I loved how this article also has you focus on the qualities you already possess and love about yourself as well as those you want to possess.

Dating Fails for the Books

It's always nice to be reminded that you're not the only one who doesn't live in a little fairytale and that the dating world can be a very strange place. I got a little laugh out of Olivia and her friends sharing their fails from their few months in the Chicago dating scene.
