30 Minute Home Workout Pt. 4

We're coming close to the end of my home workout series with part 4 of 5 today, but before we jump into this week's sweat sesh I want to talk about this outfit really quick! 

As cute as patterned leggings and flowy tops are there's something about a basic workout look that's just as great! This basic navy tank from FitWear can be paired with just about anything, and while these leggings are a pretty bright statement, at less than $15 they were quite the steal! 

Marshalls is one of my favorite places to buy affordable leggings. They always have such cute and trendy styles for less than $20 making me wanting to just browse the racks without spending any money nearly impossible! 


THE WORKOUT: 
- 30 plie bounces
- 15 glute bridges
- Ab circuit: 30 crunches, 15 jackknives, 20 russian twists, 20 bicycles, 15 leg raises, 20 flutter kicks
- 1 minute plank
- 20 inner thigh lifts (+ ankle weights)
- 15 lying down leg kicks (+ ankle weights)
- 15 lying chest flies (5 lb weights)
- 15 bent over reverse flies (5 lb weights)

I do the workout 2 times through, and then if I'm feeling up to it, throw in a half a mile of running!
