I can't help but laugh at the irony as I sit here and write the last part of my home workout series while eating leftover Chinese takeout. Oh well, that's why we workout right?? So we can eat more good food?! Kidding...kind of.
But here we are finishing off my weekly home workout routine with this oh-so-inspiring Mean Girls tank. I found this in the depths of my closet and just had to bring it out for today's post!
THE WORKOUT:
- 30 sumo squats
- 15 jump sumo squats (+ ankle weights)
- 15 leg extensions on all fours (+ ankle weights)
- 15 jackknives
- 10 side v-ups
- 15 burpees (+ ankle weights)
- 20 lunges (each side)
- 10 jumping switch lunges (+ ankle weights)
- 10 lateral raises (+ 5 lb weights)
- 15 tricep dips
I do everything two times through, and if I'm feeling up for it I'll run half a mile and clock in a few minutes on the stair climber if I'm at the gym!
