We're officially one week away from Valentine's Day, and with the weather right now, let me just say my mindset is as far away from pretty dresses and basically anything that isn't a cozy oversized sweater haha! Last night, my roommate Rachel and I were chilling in our living room when it suddenly started thundering, snowing and icing all at once. It was so wild! So, with the chilly weather expected to stay and for those of you who may have more casual plans next Thursday, I want to share with y'all this super cozy and casual outfit that is totally appropriate and equally feminine for Valentine's Day!
Oversized sweaters have been my jam for the past few winters, and this pink striped one from American Eagle is so perfect for the upcoming holiday! Not only are the stripes the prettiest shade of light pink but the material is also so soft. I'm wearing a size medium, but the sweater is made to be oversized, so I think I would've been happy with a size small, too! With spring around the corner and me wanting to ditch my winter boots, I then paired it with this super affordable pair of lightwash jeans and gray slip-ons. Finally, to add a little hint of sparkle, I wore my rhinestone cluster necklace and this pearl ring that I shared in my Valentine's Day gift guide the other day.
